Should a building or development site prove to be one that will attract and or harbour pest birds then an in-depth remediation plan is prepared for implementation. The Pest Bird Remediation plan can implemented either through design changes or by your general contractor with guidance from BNM Technology & Design Solutions.

If design changes are not possible or you are to far along the development path then BNM Technology can offer more conventional bird deterrent solutions to reduce or eliminate the risk from pest birds.

Our experience is the cost of remediation is more affordable in the design and planning phase than after construction. Our ultimate goal is to design the bird problems out of the property or building, in this way you do not have to have the visible reminders of conventional bird control.
