Once the site or building has been surveyed and the potential pest birds have been identified then we begin a process to determine the risk these potential pest birds could pose the particular site or building. The risk analysis phase is undertaken in collaboration with your design professionals to better understand the potential damage that may occur.

Upon completion of the risk analysis the details are presented in a written report for consideration by property developer on building owner.
